Mark Shinabery, Pharm.D.
Owner and Pharmacist-in-Charge

Mark Shinabery is the owner and pharmacist-in-charge at Custom Compounding Center. Mark received his bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Tennessee and went on to earn his pharmacy degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 1988. Mark has amassed over 30 years of pharmacy experience, over half of which have involved his work at Custom Compounding Center, finding specific pharmaceutical solutions for his patients. Mark is well-versed in non-sterile compounded products ranging from capsules to creams and suspensions. Areas of compounding expertise include both men & women's hormone replacement therapy, erectile dysfunction, pharmaceutical grade vitamins & supplements, and veterinary compounding to name a few. He brings a wealth of leadership to the Custom Compounding team.
Tyler Shinabery, Pharm.D.
Staff Pharmacist

Tyler received his bachelor's degree in psychology from Loyola University of New Orleans and went on to earn his pharmacy doctorate from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2013. Tyler joined the staff in 2013. He has a passion for compounding pharmacy and helping solve any medication problem that you may have. Tyler's pharmacy interests include bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, pharmaceutical grade vitamins & supplements, and counseling patients on any questions they may have about their medications, regardless of whether the prescription is filled at our store. Oh, and did we mention that he is Mark's son? When you come in to see us, don't be alarmed if they are jawing at each other. Its all out of love.
Jackie Fleming
Head Pharmacy and Lab Technician

Jackie is a Little Rock native who went to Little Rock Central High. While not technically family, Jackie is an integral part of the family here at Custom Compounding Center. She joined the team in early 2013, bringing over 20 years of retail and compounding pharmacy experience with her. When you receive your medication from us, chances are that she is the one who crafted it with love.
